Parkway Inn

Transform an original bowling alley into a modern Entertainment Centre.

Parkway Lanes is an Ontario Street, St. Catharines bowling alley that goes back to 1958. The current owners of the hotel and entertainment complex recently did a complete restoration of the 40-lane bowling centre.

Dekker built new cabinetry, a feature wall of bowling pins, shoe cubbies, and all the new bar and restaurant area.

Boldt Realty

Boldt Realty

Creating a Modern Office.

Boldt Realty moved into a building that was not used as office space. They started with a clean slate.

We built most of their cabinets, board room table, work kiosks and desks, all with the same design theme.

The result? Business is so good, they’re looking for new, larger office space.

Dekker has built interiors for Pearson Airport, the Air Canada Centre, three universities, and the Inn on the Twenty. What could we custom design and build for you?

Exchange Brewery

Exchange Brewery

Transform a Heritage Building into a Brewery.

Why not build a craft brewery in a century-old brick building right on the main street in Niagara-on-the-Lake?

This tiny old historic building wasn’t the ideal site for a brewery, but it is the ideal location. So Dekker Stair came forward with plans to transform the interior.

We built their fabulous feature wall of bottles, their bar, all their cabinetry, the staircase and the upstairs bar. Because of the small space, everything had to be planned and built to fit the unique (tiny and narrow) location.

The results are stunning. It’s a beautiful brewery in a beautiful location. Business is booming! And the Exchange Brewery won a Best Interior award from Toronto’s Interiors Magazine.
